Scripture of the day: "For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes. 'For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son, so that all will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.'"

Thought of the day: Jesus is the life-giver. Know Jesus ... know life. No Jesus ... no life. The person who does not honor Jesus does not honor the Father. Jesus is the only way to God. There are three great promises for the one who believes. You have eternal life as your present possession. You will not come into judgment. And you have passed out of death into life.
Challenge of the day: As a believer you are not in the land of the living on your way to the land of the dead. You are in the land of the dead and dying ... on your way to the land of the living. You walk among the dead and dying possessing three great promises ... eternal life, no judgment, and no death. Give His message of hope and life to your friends ... they too need to live.
