Scripture of the day: "For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do." Hebrews 4:12-13
Thought of the day: God's Word is alive and has amazing power in our lives. It is sharper than any two-edged sword. It can pierce and penetrate like nothing else can ... to the division of soul and spirit. It can reveal the finest difference between that which we do in the flesh and that which we do in the Spirit. It judges our thoughts and intentions. And God is all-knowing. He sees all and knows all about us. Nothing we think, intend, or do is hidden from His sight.
Challenge of the day: Study the Word. Meditate on it day and night. It will change you. David wrote, "Your word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You." Psalm 119:11. Treasure God's Word in your heart. It will change what you think and what you do. Conform your life to the Word. Why not do it? God already knows everything about you. Therefore, act and think like you know that He knows all about you. Not one thing about you is hidden from His sight.
