Thought of the day: Jesus opened a way for us to go directly to God. He shed His blood for us ... therefore, we have confident freedom to go to the throne of grace. Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." John 14:6. That verse is not just for witnessing. It is also for us as believers. Jesus opened a living way for us through the veil - through His flesh - into the presence of God. And He is our great priest. Therefore, we have open access to the Father. We can go to the Father with fearless confidence ... in unfaltering faith ... and clean in conscience and body.
Challenge of the day: How do you approach God? What is your attitude when you pray? Go to the throne of grace with confidence ... with unwavering faith. The blood of Jesus has cleansed you. You are clean. Jesus is your great high priest. Go through Him freely into the presence of your Father.
